Standard Delivery:  Mail Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days Local delivery

 

Express Delivery: Special Delivery by 1pm - Next working day (for orders placed before 2pm)

 

Shipping to Europe: Mail International Tracked & Signed - 5-7 working days delivery

 

Shipping to rest of World: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - 5-14 working days delivery

 

For local orders over $ 50, we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY. For all orders under $50 delivery is charged at $4. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Next day delivery is available for in-stock items, for orders placed before 2pm. The cost for this is $8.

 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return your order before you are refunded.

 

 

International orders from outside Africa (Rest Of World) will be charged at $11 All International (Rest Of World) orders will be sent by Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically takes 5-14 working days to arrive from dispatch.

 

All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods with our Mail carrier and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give our Mail carrier sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.

 

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.
