Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

 

Please note 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

 

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.

SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES

Our company is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Furthermore we are  not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please MESSAGE US or call us at 0780 966 966 Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on this website may be returned.

If you prefer to return your order in-store, please provide the store associate with your email address or bring your shipping confirmation email with you as proof of purchase.
